Improving payment settings
First, yes, 45 days is too long.
Give the user the changeable payment option to:
- use the current setting (send money when I get to this $$$ limit.)
- use a recurring payment setting (send "whatever money I have in my Ezoic account", monthly, every two months, etc.)
- send a portion of my earnings that I can set, monthly, every two months, etc.

e.g. $xxxx.xx - $150 one month, $xxxx.xx - $350 another month, etc. the rest kept in my Ezoic on-line account -

and allow single payments from what a Digital Publisher has saved in their account.
e..g I have $####.00 dollars saved up, let me transfer $###.00 (a portion) to my PayPal while leaving the rest in my Ezoic account. It is our money isn't it : )
