Can you delete Vulkan Runtime Libraries or not??
Some users have complained about Windows Defender acting strangely after installing the Vulkan runtime library. As a result, Windows users can uninstall Vulkan from Windows by following the steps outlined below.
1) Press Windows + X and select "Device Manager" from the list of options.
2) Select "Uninstall a Program."
3) From the list of available options, right-click on the Vulkan file and select "Uninstall/Change," as shown in the image below.
