Include optional ad types in testing
Instead of just having in-line, native and pop-under ads as either on or off, there could be an option to choose whether to have each ad type included in testing, so that the effects of these ads are analysed as part of the optimisation process.
The system could experiment with the ads being on and off, and with different variations of the ads (e.g. the number of native ad units per page - currently you can either have three or none - and their positions).
Also, being able to view the earnings of these ads would be useful.
