2. Availability of partial revenue reports as and when it is available

   At present, the revenue reports for Ezoic starts trickling in after 1-2 days. Since some of the revenue stats such as Google Adx could be available much earlier, it will be a game changer if Google Adx reports can be made available within a few hours, as opposed to the usual 1-2 days. This will change the way I plan my strategies as the earlier I know the revenue trends, the more data driven my optimization goals would be.

3. Too Many Confusions in Monthly Charged for Paid Plans Need to be Clarified

   Dear Ezoic CEO,

   I have been using Ezoic plat for for last few months and found it useful to convert from FREE to PAID plan. Before upgrading I made an inquiry to your support team about "How this paid plan system works?" because I found it very confusing because it is not very clearly mentioned where ever it is put for the information of the public.

   So, through the inquiry (several email conversations), I came to know that it is being charged @ approximately 5% of the the revenue earned during the month. And this sound very fair to me and I thought the confusions are being clarified in a very clear cut language.

   Now, this month when I am billed, I was billed with a very high rate than 5% which was explained to me. On inquiry, I came to know that the charge is being made on tier basis not on revenue earned during the month which is a suspense revealed now.

   I have no idea what is correct, the first w\reply which was clarified to me upon inquiry or the later one which is replied to me after the bill is paid.

   I have some points which is required to be looked after and replied in a justified manner without making it much complicated for easy understanding of all citizens of Ezoic.

   1. The Plan says upto $1000 the charge is $49.
   2. Now my point is, if a person earns $1 in a month (which is quite possible) or even $0, as per the plan he has to pay $49 to Ezoic. How can this be logically accepted?

   3. Because the plan says upto $1000, the earning of $1 is well within $1000 and as per plan the user will bear a loss of $48 in order to avail the plan.

   4. The next tier (so called by Ezoic) is upto $2500 the charge is $124.

   5. Now my point is if a person earns $1000 he pays $49 and if he earns $1001 then he enters to next tier and he has to pay $124. In this case he is paying $75 for earning $1 extra (next tier) and again this is also beyond any logical argument.

   6. The next tier is upto $5000 and here the charge is $249

   7. If we come to previous situation if the user earns 2501 then he has to pay $249 as charge. Which means for earning $1 extra which pushes him to the next tier and for earning that $1 extra the user has to pay $125 extra as charge.

   This keep on increasing from tier to tier and this is beyond any logical and mathematical justification other than a monopoly.

   I would like to draw the attention of the Ezoic Board to make it logical and fair enough so that the user who pays does not suffer. A charge of 5% is fair enough and this is not a less amount that you are stilling adding another amount just in the name of slabs. Even if you make slabs, then keep it small gap, do not jump from $1000 to $2500. You also know there is a huge bridge gap between it.

   Also the attention of public is very much required into the matter.

   It was clarified very well after reconfirming from the finance department that the charge is made @5% of revenue earned and how come now you charge with another formula. This shows some mathematical error in accounting and this needs to be verified and rectified at the earliest.

4. Speed Filter << There are some !!

   Performance is a big issue with advertisers and it would be great if ezoic had some sort of advertiser speed filter. A filter by which as a publsher you could see the speed index of each advertiser and put a filter to those advertisers that don't fulfill your speed expectations.

   I mean, I have even seen ads with assets referring to example.com domain !!! Of course it won't resolve ! Funny thing is that the js keeps looping to retrieve the asset. Things such as this should be red-flagged and you should be able to eliminate that kind of stuff that just breaks your UX

5. Limited User Access

   For sites with multiple staff and/or need to set up additional users I would like to see user controls that allow for the limitation of access. Most importantly for me is assigning access to the Caching App so clear out the cache on recently updated pages, without giving my reporters/authors access to my entire Ezoic dashboard.

8. Revenue Report by Site by Month

   It would be very helpful to be able to run a revenue report to show Ezoic only revenue by site, by month, all on one page.

   example,
   site 1, month1, revenue
   site 1, month 2, revenue
   site 2, month 1, revenue
   site 2, month 2, revenue

   When I have to plug this info into my accounting software, I could only find one way to get this info.

   I run each site for the period and copy and past this into one sheet to compile it all.

11. Offer Ezoic All-in-One Webhosting for Optimized Loading Times

    First of all, I think Ezoic is an amazing platform and does a lot of things right. But when I read through the requested features one thing that keeps popping up is the slow loading times with Ezoic. I myself stopped using the service because the ping tripled and page loading times doubled. With 300,000 users per month I can't have that.

    Here I see a fundamental problem, especially for big publishers, and an easy solution that Ezoic can use to their advantage and make a lot of money in the process (it would benefit both parties).

    Problem:
    Page speed is one of the major ranking factors for SERPs. 40% of users will drop out if page takes longer than 3 seconds to load. Losing just 1 rank in SERPs due to slow pages can result in a huge loss in visitors. Visitors = Revenue.
    Ezoic may make me 40% more revenue per visit, but what is all that worth if I lose 40% visitors (due to decreased SERP rankings & people dropping out from long loading times).

    Solution:
    Offer premium all-in-one in-house developed hosting geared towards compatibility with Ezoic + best possible page loading times. Why put your faith in external hosts and nameservers if you can offer a better service than them? Really the only issue I ever had with Ezoic was the loading. Everything else I loved, especially the friendly support. You guys have a real opportunity here! If you make fast servers and automatically integrate a CDN, AMP + all Ezoic features it would be the ultimate "buy and forget" hosting. That's what webmasters really want. Changing nameservers and seeing increased page loading times is what's putting big publishers off. And big publishers bring in the big money.

    Just an idea I wanted to share :)

14. Ezoic API - Analytics Data Export

    It would be amazing if Ezoic could either have the earnings and traffic data to be connected to Google Analytics, so data here can be seen there as well.

    Google Analytics has amazing features that let's me pull data from it and place it on my site or any other web application.

    If not, I would like Ezoic to make something similar. It would be a huge help to be able to pull data such as earnings and visits from Ezoic, and place it on another web application for business purposes.

19. Offer Payouts to Payoneer Mastercard

    Ezoic currently offers direct international wire transfer via Payoneer, which is very limited in terms of countries. Till now, I still can't understand why they haven't made it possible for us to receive our payouts into our Payoneer mastercard! Please add this feature ASAP. It will save international clients like me a lot. Thank you!
