hello sir i have website www.lyricsupgrade.com & i have applied a month ago for monetization & rejected as i have less than 10000 sessions.. but siir today this website have more than 14000 sessions...so please help in this matter what i have to do for re- apply?

whether i have to delete or remove the website from your account for re submission ???
please suggest the procedures
