    Your reservation does not include a Saver/Government fare.
    Your reservation does not contain more than 8 flight segments.
    Your reservation does not have more than 7 passengers.
    Your reservation does not include an award ticket for travel on LATAM or Cathay Pacific.
    Your reservation was made within the last 13 months.
    Your reservation does not include:
    A group booking
    A vacation package
    A special service request
    Pet booking
