    Regular exercise has many health benefits, both physical and mental. Doing regular exercise can help to reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and some cancers. It also helps to improve mood by releasing endorphins which are known for their positive effects on our mental health. Exercise is a great way to manage stress levels and can even be used in conjunction with other forms of mental health services like therapy or medication.
