    This would be so useful for all Premium members, and certainly for the ones in non-US countries where credit cards are not always easy to get for business accounts.

    It would be best to have the fees for Premium deducted from the earnings, but if that is not (yet) possible it would be a good option to be able to pay the fees with PayPal.

    PayPal debit card is only possible for US users, I think, or has that been changed lately?
