    First of all, I think Ezoic is an amazing platform and does a lot of things right. But when I read through the requested features one thing that keeps popping up is the slow loading times with Ezoic. I myself stopped using the service because the ping tripled and page loading times doubled. With 300,000 users per month I can't have that.

    Here I see a fundamental problem, especially for big publishers, and an easy solution that Ezoic can use to their advantage and make a lot of money in the process (it would benefit both parties).

    Recently faced some issues with Ezoic and i think email support is kinda old now. Its 2020 coming just in 1 month and in 2020 we need real time live chat support so we can solve our issues/doubt fast.

    i have an issue and i am waiting it to solve for around 4 days and loosing revenue. So first thing ezoic should do is real time chat support to solve our Issues asap. (Atleast for premium users).
