    There's an "Ad Categories" app on the Ezoic app store which lets you do exactly that.

    PayPal offers a debit card that draws funds from your account. I got the card, set that up as my payment card, and I just leave the Premium amount in my PayPal account.

    Add these query parameters to your address bar:
    ?ez_view_original_only=on&ez_view_optimized_only=off

    That will set a cookie and any time you hit your site you'll get the original version and bypass all of Ezoic's stuff (caching, ads, etc.). To switch back, add this to your address bar instead:
    ?ez_view_optimized_only=on&ez_view_original_only=off

    I can't remember where I found it, but I think it was part of setting up the Caching app.
